To access and use Mirocho's services, you must register for a Mirocho account ("Account"). During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information:
1. Store name.
2. Email address.
3. Phone number.
4. Password.
5. Country.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to open an Account and use the Services. By registering, you confirm that you are using Mirocho's services for business purposes and not for personal, household, or family use.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and password. Mirocho cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your Account and password. Mirocho reserves the right to request additional security measures at any time and may adjust these requirements at its discretion.
4. Technical Support
Technical support is provided exclusively to registered Mirocho users and is only available on selected subscription plans. Users on free or basic tiers may have limited or no access to direct technical support, while higher-tier plans include priority assistance. Please refer to your plan details for the specific level of support included.
If you encounter an issue, or if you notice that a feature mentioned in the Mirocho guide, documentation, or home page does not appear to exist or work as described in your account, you are welcome to contact our support team and we will handle it as soon as possible. 5. Service Availability and Modifications
Mirocho offers a range of services and features that may not be available to all users at all times. Mirocho is not obligated to make any specific service or feature available in any jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, without notice, unless prohibited by applicable law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Any verbal or written abuse, including threats or retribution, directed at any Mirocho employee, member, or officer, will result in immediate termination of your Account.
7. Payment Information
Mirocho does not save any payment information. All payments must be made manually as a transfer from your account to ours.
8. Subscription & Refund Policy
All subscription payments are final. Once a subscription has been confirmed and activated on your Account, no refunds will be issued, whether partial or full, for the current billing period. This applies regardless of whether the subscription is used, partially used, or unused during that period.
We strongly encourage users to carefully review the plan details, included features, and limitations before confirming any subscription. If you experience a technical problem caused by Mirocho during your active subscription, our support team will work to resolve it and may, at our sole discretion, offer service credits or extend your subscription period as compensation.
9. Data Privacy
Mirocho is strict when it comes to data privacy. We do not share, sell, or disclose any data related to your customers, your products, your orders, or your store performance with any third party, except where strictly required by applicable law.
No Mirocho employee, agent, or staff member has direct access to your Account. The only way to sign in to an Account is by using the registered phone number and password chosen by the Account owner. For this reason, you are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and you should never share your phone number and password with anyone, including individuals claiming to represent Mirocho. Mirocho will never ask you for your password.
If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you should change your password immediately and contact Mirocho Support.
10. Third-Party Losses
Mirocho is not responsible for any losses incurred by third parties, such as campaign costs or third-party subscriptions, in the event that your store is down. Mirocho's responsibility is limited to internal issues when your store is down. In such cases, we will provide maintenance and may offer credits or extend your subscription period accordingly.
By using Mirocho's services, you agree to comply with these policies and any other applicable terms.
